Utilities, meter manufacturers, vendors and users of IEEE 1377, ANSI C12.19 and MC1219 standards may submit their IEEE 1377, ANSI C12.19 or MC1219 based meters, meter readers, table sets and related communication systems for testing, verification and accreditation. Accredited devices and implementations shall be issued a subsequent OID, by FDOS or its licensees to designate an accredited Device Class or an accredited node AP-title.
