More information can be found in Rec. ITU-T X.666 | ISO/IEC 9834-7. According to clause C.6.1, "The application shall include the following information:
1) Name of Sponsoring Authority or International Organization submitting the application.
2) Name of requesting organization (null in the case of an International Organization).
3) Name, postal/electronic mail address and telephone/facsimile number for the contact point within the requesting organization.
4) Name and title of the requestor.
5) Proposed secondary identifier.
6) Statement of the right to the identifier value.
7) Statement of whether or not the information can be published."

Note: In 2001, the British Standards Institute (BSI) applied to operate the Registration Authority for this arc. The decision is recorded in ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC6 N 12002.
