Information:

BSN is an identification scheme used by various governmental and public service organizations in the Netherlands to identify citizens.
The identification scheme is managed by the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs. The identifiers are registered either in the Gemeentelijke Basis Administratie (GBA) or the Athentiek Register Niet Ingezetenen (ARNI) applications, both under the responsibility of the ministry.
