This OID is defined in IETF RFC 7055. See the registry of child OIDs.

According to IETF RFC 7055, section 5.1, a Kerberos encryption type number (IETF RFC 3961) is appended to a child OID (identifying a mechanism version) to form the OID of a specific mechanism.
