DESCRIPTION
"A list of entries containing peak bandwidth usages in
a number of recording interval.
After being cleared, entries are added to the
bandwidthUsagePeakTable with ascending values of
c2900BandwidthUsagePeakIndex starting at 1. When the number of
entries reaches c2900BandwidthUsageMaxPeakEntries,
each new recording interval is assigned the value of
c2900BandwidthUsagePeakIndex corresponding to the oldest entry,
overwriting the previous contents of that entry."
