"Status information for the DSPs.
This status table is used for tracking dangling DSP
resources. The dangling DSP channel means that the DSP
channel is reserved for serving calls but the channel
is not used by active calls. The number of the dangling
DSP channels can be computed by
'cdspInUseChannels - cdspActiveChannels'."
