is down. (eg shut/no shut)
failTest(3) : Failover was CLI initiated or SNMP
initiated through
ccaHCCPGroupSwitchNow.
failLinkDown(4) : Failure in the cable wiring or a
hardware interface.
failBundleDown(5) : A bundled interface failure.
internal(6) : All other failures."
