"To trigger scan operation to refresh the EP device Mac and host Mac list table.
That is, force to refresh on-line host device list.
The SNMP manager can set this value to activate(1) to start the
scan procedure. The status (eocBrEP-ScanMacInfoStatus) will go from
inProgress(1) status back to the initial normalOrComplete(0) status."
