"Pad the DHCP relay agent information or not. While enabled, bridge will pad DHCP packets
sourced from hosts behind EP with option 82 information (Circuit ID and Remote ID).
DHCP server could use the record of (assigned IP, Circuit ID, Remote ID)
for IP address assignment management and usage tracking. Circuit ID is the bridge
Ethernet Mac address and Remote ID is the EP device Mac address."
