"To trigger upgrade operation of the bridge to replace
the current firmware (version eocBrSystemFwWorkingVersion) with
the new uploaded firmware (version eocBrSystemFwUploadVersion).
The SNMP manager can upgrade the system firmware by set the
value to activate(1); and submit to the bridge to start
the upgrade procedure. The status (eocBrSystemFwUpgradeStatus)
will go from inProgress(1) status back to the
initial normalOrComplete(0) status."
