"The tmnxNtpConfigEntry consists of the information pertaining to
the management of supporting NTP clients on a router instance.

Entries are created and destroyed using the tmnxNtpConfigRowStatus
object. In order to create a new row in the tmnxNtpConfigTable,
the transport router (vRtrID=1) must be defined first. Likewise, to
delete the transport router, all virtual routers must be destroyed
first."
