"This attribute specifies which patches are to be loaded and enabled.
Only patches for Av's that appear in the AvList may be specified.
Only patches appearing as instances of Sw Av Patch may be
specified.
Patch names are case insensitive. Except for case, patch names must
be typed as they appear as instances of Sw Av Patch.
All patches specified must be compatible with one another.
Any prerequisite patches for specified patches, must themselves be
specified.
A patch must be specified only once in the list."
