An entry is added to the slaMonitorRtpResultsTable when an RTP test defined by an slaMonitorRtpCtrlEntry is started by transition of its slaMonitorRtpCtrlAdminStatus object to 'enabled(1)'. If the object slaMonitorRtpCtrlAdminStatus has the value 'disabled(2)', then successfully writing 'enabled(1)' to the object slaMonitorRtpCtrlAdminStatus re-initializes an already existing entry in the slaMonitorRtpResultsTable. The values of objects in the re-initialized entry are the same as the values of objects in a new entry would be. An entry is removed from the slaMonitorRtpResultsTable when its corresponding slaMonitorRtpCtrlEntry is deleted."
