"This attribute reports the highest subcarrierId that
is on the highest edge of the last minislot that the CCAP
has selected for the testing of Leakage. This subcarrierId
is established based on the value of the LeakageDetectionTestSessionCfg
attribute FrequencyEnd and is the first subcarrier of the first full
minislot used for the testing that is closest to FrequencyEnd."
