DESCRIPTION
"This attribute provides the count of the number of modems that are
actively being scheduled by the CCAP for OUDP bursts for this session.
This value may differ from the NumModemsCfg when modems are offline,
in partial service on the test channel, or have the test channel removed
from their TCS (e.g., operating in an energy management mode).
Explicit modem MAC Address lists can be specified in which a given modem
appears multiple times. However, in all cases, NumModemsActive only counts
each active modem once."
