DESCRIPTION
"Type of last error that occurred on the port since the last
link status change. badPhy is a hardware problem with the hub
port. polarity means there's a cabling problem between the hub
and the attached device. wrongSpeedLP means the device attached
to the port is operating at the wrong speed. jabberSeen means
you may have a faulty device attached to the port. partition
means the port was automatically partitioned at least once."
