"An nsOspfTxRetransmit trap signifies than an
OSPF packet has been retransmitted on a virtual
interface. All packets that may be retransmit-
ted are associated with an LSDB entry. The LS
type, LS ID, and Router ID are used to identify
the LSDB entry."
