"This table hold routing policy usage configuration for all
protocols/components in the router. It is normally the
import-policy/export-policy configuration statements in a
protocol context. The index is specified as a {Type,Value} to
account for the differences between protocols. For example,
if protocol type is BGP then the index identifies also identifies
the BGP peer or group for which the configuration is applicable."
