DESCRIPTION
"The total number of token errors reported to the
Ring Error Monitor. Token error indicates that the
Active Monitor station recognizes an error condition
that needs a token transmitted. Token error is a
non-isolated error. It is a type 2 error and the
active monitor will purge the ring."
