DESCRIPTION
"This field contains the maximum number of rings away
from the current ring that a node can be on and still
be discovered. For example, if this number is 0, only
nodes on the local ring will be discovered.
Note that this is only effective for token rings;
Ethernet frames do not contain routing information
in the MAC frame header."
