DESCRIPTION
"Probe's current date and time in the format:
WWW MMM DD HH:MM:SS TTT YYYY
(eg: 'Wed Jan 02 02:03:55 PST 1980').
The length of the timezone field can be from
1 to 15 octets. The timezone is stored for the
convenience of the manager and is not used by
the probe to adjust the probe's clock. If and when
the timezone and clock changes, the manager must
update probeDateTime. The timezone field has
the default value of 'PST', Pacific Standard Time."
