entry. Must NOT be active in order to modify

if an hpicfUsrProfileConfigFilterListRowStatus
is set to destroy, all HpicfUsrProfileConfigFilterRuleEntry
entries sharing the common
hpicfUsrProfileFilterListIndex will also be
destroyed regardless of the value of
hpicfUsrProfileConfigFilterRuleRowStatus."
