range 0-99 is retained by Digicert, Inc.;
range 100-127 has been donated by Digicert, Inc. to the IETF Curdle Security Working Group for the purpose of registering the Edwards Elliptic Curve key agreement and signature algorithms with shorter values than would be possible using the existing S/MIME or "PKIX" arcs; the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) has become, in March 2018, the registration authority for this range (see Structure of Management Information (SMI) security for cryptographic algorithms);
child OIDs 128 and up are retained by Digicert, Inc.
