Information:

Subsequent nodes are of the form: {iso(1) registration-authority(1) iso10036(10036) glyphIndexMaps(4) m} where 'm' is the registration number in the range between 1 and 4,294,967,295 inclusive.

The numeric part of the identifier, the decimal number, shall be assigned densely, and with shorter glyph index map identifiers assigned first.

It is estimated that 20 glyph index maps per year will be registered during the first three years after International Standard status is obtained (1996). Following this initial period of registration, it is projected that the number of requests will increase to a level of about 50 per year.

More information can be found in ISO/IEC 10036 "Font information interchange -- Procedures for registration of font-related identifiers".
