Information: Excerpt from document ISO/IEC JTC 1 N8056 "Change of Registration Authority for ISO/IEC 7816-5": ----- This is to inform you that TDC/AS, who has been acting as the Registration Authority for ISO/IEC 7816-5 since its inception, has officially informed me that it wishes to relinquish the Registration Authority (RA) for Registered Application Provider Identifiers assigned under ISO/IEC 7816-5, as soon as a hand-over to a replacement RA can be achieved. Danish Standards has offered to take over the task from TDC/AS, with immediate effect, but with the proviso that it is allowed to raise the fee currently charged at DansKe Kroner (DKK) 660 by TDC/AS to DKK 1,000.
