Description: Transfer syntaxes

Information: ISO/IEC 2022:1994, clause A.3, uses this OID for identifying one or more character sets used in an ASN.1 transfer syntax of the form transfer-syntaxes(0) level g0 g1 g2 g3 c0 c1 gleft gright. This vector specifies completely the designated and invoked character sets for a state of the ISO 2022 state machine. ISO 8859-1 would be 1.0.2022.0.11.6.100 (trailing zeroes may be omitted, and apparently c0 and c1 sets are not specified in ISO 8859-1).
