Child OIDs are of the form {iso(1) standard(0) iso15434(15434) ff} where ff is a format number (between 0 and 100) as defined in ISO/IEC 15434.
This OID is also mentioned in ISO/IEC 15961-1: This is a root OID which shall not be encoded on the Radio Frequency (RF) tag; each object is encoded on the RF tag using a relative OID representing the ISO/IEC 15434 format number and any further lower order arcs.
